I run track (freshman, 5:02 mile), this season i purchased the NIke Zoom Milers (awesome shoes), they came with Compression spikes (x-mas trees). Should these be the spike types i should be using for a rubber all-weather track. Do i hav any other options??
PS i also do 300M Hurdles and i dont think compression spikes would be fitting for that even, right?

Those are really good shoes. compression spikes work on rubber track. They will be fitted for any event that your running on a rubber track. Yes it will work.
Reply:The Christmas tree spikes will work for the mile and 300 hurdles.
They are made for rubber tracks.
